My perspective: More proof that dogs are better like cheddar. Cats are too picky and don’t do anything but hang around and eat your eggs. Kinda reminds me of my ex. However, a dog is loyal and will give their life trying to protect. They are also easy to please.
From a cat lover:
What this chart indicates is that cats are able to state what they want from the petting interaction, which leads to a more honest, deeper pet-and-pet-owner relationship. Dogs just lie there and let the pet-owner do his bidding like a woman of the wharf would a grizzled merchant marine holding a twenty-dollar bill. On another note, why would you pet a cat’s leg you perv?
LOL, deeper pet-and-pet owner relationship. Ever try touching a terrier’s paw? Or some dogs ears? Yeah, dogs don’t like to be touched every where. Dogs are comfortable and confident with themselves. They also trust that you are not going to hurt them….that’s why they let you touch their bellies. Cats are insecure and typically don’t trust their owners (My cat will let me pet his belly though). Cats do not like their bellies petted because they feel vulnerable and insecure.
