Don't worry about Lumberg, you gotta emergency fund

Warren Buffett’s recent letter to share holders expressed the importance of having an emergency fund.  I think the idea is great.  With the fund you are able to be free by not having a job for a certain period of time.

The letter summary:

  • Insight into BH culture.
  • Buffett hints at continued economic recovery?  Mentions a recovery in the housing market will begin in the next year.
  • Some perspective on leverage and emergency funds. He included a family letter from his grandfather on the importance of an emergency fund.
